Workspace settings

Your workspace, thoughtfully set up.

Understand privacy boundaries and maintain public clinic guidance.

Before caring for real patients

This version has a built-in key-value store and public file storage, but no enabled patient authentication or private medical file storage. Clinical histories, photos, care drafts, and results stay in browser memory and are lost on refresh. They are never written to shared storage.

Session-only clinical workflow

Intake, photo review, care drafts, and test tracking work in the current session. No prescription, pharmacy transmission, laboratory order, or patient message is issued.

Public resources are saved

Only general educational documents and non-identifying photo guidance are saved in the app’s built-in key-value store. The resource library is shared and visitor-writable.

Patient authentication is needed

Enable authentication in the Add-ons panel before adding private account-scoped clinical records and clinician access checks. This version does not claim a staff login or enforce clinician roles.

Private clinical files are needed

The enabled storage makes every file public. A private, access-controlled clinical storage provider and appropriate compliance arrangements are required before accepting medical photos online.

HHS telehealth privacy guidance

Public photo preparation guidance

Shared, non-confidential guidance only. Do not enter patient information or credentials.

Emergency and escalation

This app is not monitored for urgent symptoms. Patients should use their local emergency services for emergencies and contact their treating clinician through an approved channel for worsening symptoms or treatment concerns.
